Sunset Maternity Photography at Bribie Beach with Emma & Robbie
There’s something magical about capturing a growing family, and our sunset session at Bribie Beach was no exception. As a dedicated maternity photographer, I have had the honor of documenting Emma and Robbie’s journey for many years. From their first maternity photo sessions to newborn portraits of their children, Noah and Amalia, it has been incredible watching them grow—both as individuals and as a family.
On this particular day, the weather was cloudy, but we made the most out of it by embracing the soft, diffused light that clouds often bring. Cloudy skies might feel unpredictable, but for maternity photography, they create a gentle, dreamy atmosphere—especially at the beach. The tides, the sea breeze, and the warm sand beneath our feet all contributed to a relaxed evening, perfect for family portraits.
Emma looked absolutely stunning in three different gowns that showcased her beautiful baby bump. She first slipped into the Navy Monroe dress, which gave a classic and elegant feel for the opening shots.
Next, we switched to the Purple Ariel dress with a playful tulle skirt—a fun choice that highlighted her radiant glow while capturing sweet moments with Robbie and the kids.
Finally, Emma dazzled in the Gold Glitter Voile dress, reflecting the soft evening light just in time for the last minutes of the sunset.
